121doc is committed to providing you with the best possible service and the safest, most effective treatment. Our order process is straight-forward but thorough, because we want to make sure that you get the most suitable treatment, whilst also enjoying all the benefits of our convenient service.

Step - Place an order

Treatment doses are clearly displayed on each product page. There's also an option to view what services are included in each price, simply by clicking the dropdown box next to the price list. After choosing your treatment you move swiftly through to the online confidential ordering process, which includes the following steps:

• Registration for first-time users, or login for returning patients
• Medical details
• Address and billing details
• Payment details
• Order confirmation

Please note that when we ask for your payment details, we only preauthorise your card with our bank. We will only take payment if the doctor approves your consultation and issues a prescription.

Step - Doctor reviews your consultation

We ask all patients to fill out an online consultation when they place an order. This consultation form is then checked by one of our EU registered doctors to ensure the medication is suitable for you to use.

We realise that the internet should not replace a face-to-face consultation with your doctor, and so we urge you to do just that if you can. It is important for a number of reasons – sometimes medical consultations via forms and telephone calls may not give a doctor enough information to make a correct judgement, and a physical check-up may allow for a better diagnosis.

If you do not feel comfortable visiting your doctor, we are able to provide a private clinic to visit for an examination.

Step - Treatment is dispatched via Pharmacy2U

Once your prescription has been issued, your medication will be dispensed via Pharmacy2U. This is almost the same process that takes place in a hospital; your medication is taken from the shelf, date and batch numbers are checked and the required labels are printed. Pharmacy2U perform the final checks against the prescription and then your medication is placed into a courier envelope.

Step - Your medication is delivered

In the UK we can offer 5 efficient delivery options. All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched by 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 90% of our orders are dispatched by UPS and are delivered the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will be updated via email which will include your unique tracking number. Delivery is free of charge.
